RIVER EDEN: Contiguous To Beat 26, this is another prime stretch of the lower Eden for winter grayling fishing. As on Beat 26 the banks are good and open giving plenty of casting space.
STOCKS: As with the other lower Eden beats there should be plenty of Grayling here. The beat is not fished regularly for grayling so should provide some good sport.
ACCESS AND DIRECTIONS: Follow the directions for Beat 26, you will find parking and the token box located at the same site as Beat 26. Walk down stream on Beat 26 and you will come to a gate, Beat 28 starts here and extends for approximately 1.1km up to the confluence with the Pow Maughan.
